How we define scope, liability, and the boundaries of our coaching and branding services.
Our branding packages include strategy sessions, content framework design, and a written brand guide. They do not include ongoing social media management, graphic design execution, or advertising spend. Any additional work is scoped separately.
We do not record sessions by default. If you wish to record for personal review, you must notify us in writing before the session begins. Recordings may not be shared publicly without explicit consent from both parties.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are charged in full. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes count as a missed session.
No. We coach for skill development and strategic positioning. While we help you build a compelling profile, we do not guarantee bookings, media coverage, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and third-party decisions.
Yes. All personal data, session notes, and strategic documents are treated as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties without your written consent, except where required by South African law.
Digital products such as templates, guides, and recorded courses are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it or offer a replacement.
