These terms govern your use of SamaraPatterson’s personal branding, public speaking coaching, and professional presence development services for leaders in South Africa.

01

Services & Scope

We provide one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and digital resources focused on executive presence, speech craft, and brand strategy. All sessions are delivered in English and tailored to the South African professional context.

02

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and coaching sessions. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and completing any agreed preparatory work. Misrepresentation of your qualifications or goals may result in termination of services.

03

Intellectual Property

All materials provided—including worksheets, video recordings, frameworks, and templates—remain the intellectual property of SamaraPatterson. You may use them for your personal professional development but may not redistribute, resell, or republish them without written consent.

04

Limitation of Liability

SamaraPatterson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or resource giving rise to the claim.

05

Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 7 days’ written notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may incur a full session fee. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms or engages in harmful conduct.
